Public website and operations architecture overview

VERSION 1.0 · 12 OCTOBER 2026

This overview describes the supplied implementation and its configuration boundaries. It is not a certification, audit attestation, regulatory licence, service availability claim or promise of payment capabilities.

01 / A clear public boundary

The public website describes enterprise infrastructure engagements and qualifies business enquiries. It does not execute payments, capture card or bank details, expose credentials, or grant merchant access. The API explorer runs locally with fictional, non-functional examples.

02 / Reviewed intake

When enabled, the server validates bounded business-only fields, verifies consent, checks the request origin, enforces shared rate limits, verifies an anti-abuse challenge and deduplicates retries. A receipt is returned only after the application, contact record, consent, status history and delivery event are stored together.

Intake is currently disabled. Legal notices, retention policy, anti-abuse configuration and the review workflow must be approved before accepting real applications.

03 / Separated operations

The CEO and administration workspaces run on separate origins with separate identity clients and session cookies. Server-side permissions restrict every operation. Corporate SSO, a configured MFA assurance policy and assigned, expiring role grants are required. They remain locked while identity is unconfigured.

04 / Accountable changes

Record changes use independent approval, version checks and an append-only status history. Sensitive changes require an independent security approver. Privileged mutations fail closed if the configured retention-lock audit archive does not acknowledge the event. Infrastructure administrators remain responsible for database ownership separation, backups and archive retention enforcement.

05 / Controlled integrations

Signed, timestamped events, durable outboxes, bounded retries and receiver deduplication support reviewed integrations. All service secrets belong in server-side secret storage. CRM, identity, evidence storage and operational reporting require company-selected providers and are not connected in this preview.

06 / Procurement review

A technical review should confirm the operating entity, service scope, jurisdictions, data locations, subprocessors, contractual commitments, incident contacts, retention schedule and evidence of control effectiveness. No third-party certification is represented here.
